From manuscript to diary to manuscriptIn this seminar, we will investigate an example of manuscript revision. During his trip to Japan in 1922/23 Einstein drafted a scientific manuscript, which he heavily revised after finding fault with it before sending it off. His travel diary reveals details of the revision process.
